[With the influx of New Feathers, no one's probably noticed this boy rolling on the ground trying to bite his wings. In the snow. With only those bare amount of clothes. And failing. S'hard being a human.

Once he finds out he can't though, he's reduced to being cold and miserable and sticking by the edge of the forest near the school because he sees all these humans and does not want to interact with them, so obviously the best way to go about this is to wait until it's not so light outside and then go look for someplace warm. And to stay away from those people. Yes, perfect.

The journal's pretty much abandoned beside the tree he's pressing against in some effort of being warm there is a reason he has never gone any place cold in his canon and that is because he is 1. under-dressed for it and 2. from a tropical island. Good luck trying to talking to him or anything though, because he's pretty distrustful of anything remotely human.]

I-I'm fine. I don't usually wear anything too heavy anyways. But it's really cold. [He usually has Cer and Ber to help him warm up.]

Whatever you were wearing before should be at the clothing shop. You can get anything else you need there, too.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to get more layers for the cold. Galpos was always really warm, and my brothers helped too. [Why die in the cold? He's got a better purpose in life.]

It's nice and warm inside. He likes warmth. Too many clothes to choose from though, so he'll just end up taking the few pieces he owned back and just... looking at the comfy jackets. While he doesn't know this is all free, he's never really used money anyways.]

How long does the cold last? Or does it last all year?

It's winter here. In about two months, spring will start and Luceti will warm back up.

So that's just a jacket and two scarves (for colder days, or when Cer and Ber arrive - because he's sure they'll find him sometime). You know how to live without luxuries if you've never had a life of it.]

Two month is a long time... Is this really another world? I don't know of any besides Devaloka and Naraka, and the first one was destroyed.

That seems like a lot. Where do they all fit?

I don't know. How they exist all at once, or how we move from one to another...I only know about the people that come from them, and then only a few.

Some things that appear may belong to newcomers, but the food and most of everything else is free for anyone to take.

Life in Luceti can be easy, but free food isn't all there is to it. There's more you need to know.

The reason the food and supplies are provided is because we are kept in this village by people called the Malnosso. They give us everything we need to live and be comfortable, but at a price.

A price?

Sometimes they take someone for days or even weeks. Sometimes they create an effect over the whole village, altering what we say or do or look like. We are kept in this enclosure, Luceti and the land surrounding it, and we are at the mercy of their experiments.

Sounds like that place they took Avatars... [Experiments are bad. Free food is nice, but it's just another Hell from his Utopian dream.]

This is stupid! I want to go home, at least there Arca kept me safe from those dumb things! We were going to have a Utopia with Lady Mathias! [Gosh he's upset.]

[...yeah. Mewtwo feels a little rush of...shame, almost, seeing Chien's anger. He'd gotten awfully apathetic in a year, when his rage was once his greatest weapon...]

I'm not going to say "it's not so bad", or "we get used to it". But while we weather the things the Malnosso do, we can find friends and comrades amongst our fellow captives, and lessen the part our captors play in our lives. The worst thing to do is to face the experiments on your own.

What sort of things do they do? [He thinks that they won't find him in the forest, if he lives there, so...]

Once, we all acted as though we were characters in old stories. Another time, everyone turned into a species different than what they had been.

Most that affect the whole enclosure are troublesome, but harmless in their nature. Some are worse. But when they take someone away for a time, the experiment they do on that single person can be awful. Everything is temporary, but the memory is not erased.

[Shivers. Obviously not from the cold, but he's heard tales about what happens to Avatars that aren't in Arca. Sent to war, messed with, all sorts of things. That's why he's thankful to Lady Mathias for having found him.]
